Hailey College of Banking & Finance (HCBF) recently organized a Faculty Development Workshop aimed at augmenting the capabilities of its faculty members and PhD scholars. The workshop focused on quality-based research, its impact on student teaching, and high-impact publishing, with the ultimate goal of promoting institutional development and strengthening a culture of research and innovation.

The workshop provided a platform for participants to engage with experts, share knowledge, and develop skills essential for producing high-quality research and enhancing teaching practices.

This initiative is part of the College's summer program, aligning with the vision of worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali, to utilize the available time productively and ensure continuous growth and development.
